Who is responsible

This website is run by Alebg (Alejandro Barrios García), an independent mobile app developer. For any privacy matter, get in touch through the contact form.

Browsing: no cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies, use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, or load third-party resources while you browse.

It only stores one technical item in your browser (local storage): your light or dark theme preference. It contains no personal data, is never sent to any server and you can delete it from your browser settings.

The site is hosted with a web hosting provider. Like any server, its infrastructure may log technical data for each request (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) for security and operation purposes, under its own policy. We do not use those logs for tracking.

Contact form

When you use the form we process what you type: name, email address, subject and message and, if you choose one, the app your question is about.

  • Purpose: to read your message and reply. We do not use it to send you advertising or newsletters.
  • Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • How it works: the site has no database. When you submit it, a server function turns your message into an email that reaches my mailbox. Your message is therefore kept in my email account, not on the website.
  • Anti-spam: to prevent abuse we use a hidden field, a minimum fill time and a per-IP submission limit. The IP counter is kept only temporarily in the server’s memory and is not stored permanently.
  • Retention: only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it longer.
  • Recipients: Google (email provider) and the web hosting provider (execution of the function that sends the message). We do not share your data with anyone else except where legally required.
  • International transfers: both providers may process data in the United States, relying on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

The form fields are necessary to be able to reply; without them the form cannot be submitted.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing through the contact form. So we can help you, mention the email address you wrote from. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Apps

The apps have their own privacy policy, which explains the data they process and the third-party services they use (advertising and statistics). You will find it on each app’s page, under My Apps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the website or the law changes. The current version is always the one published here, with its update date.
